In addition to what is reported in the appraisal report, we inform you that in the courtyard of the property identified at plot 1685, a right of easement of passage with mechanical means is registered in favor of the neighboring parcel identified at plot. 1700 in CC Grigno (the latter already sold to third parties following previous auctions).
It is also highlighted that in the event that the successful bidder of Lot 1 was a different entity than the successful bidder of Lot 2, the properties identified in the p.ed. 1817 and at the p.f. 4334/7 would be excluded from public access. In this case, the successful tenderer of Lot 1 will have to agree to the registration of a right of easement of passage on the pedestrian area. 1685 in favor of the properties that remained landlocked.

It is specified that materials such as processing waste, wood, cardboard, as well as some containers of acids and processing liquids are currently stored inside some of the buildings. The disposal of such goods is the responsibility of the purchaser and must be carried out in compliance with current legislation on the matter.
