-Rental contract for the premises where the activity is carried out, current monthly rent fee: 1600€+VAT

The buyer will be responsible for the payment of the corresponding bankruptcy credit for a month whose amount amounts to 1500 € (taxes not included)

Likewise, the awardee will mandatorily subrogate in the current lease contract, thus committing to the payment of all rents accruing from the time of their award at a rate of 1,600€ (taxes not included), and assumes the obligation to replace the deposit and bank guarantee.
