The building area is part of the Urban Implementation Plan of private initiative of the area included in scope 1 - Redevelopment area near the mouth of the Ardo.
The total area is about 13,000 square meters, of which 3,259 square meters can be built with the destination of buildings for commercial-office and residential use, the remaining area is intended for parking and equipped public green areas.
The Urban Implementation Plan provided for the construction of two new buildings, unit A and B, of which to date only part of the concrete structures and the basement of unit A have been built. These structures are in a state of neglect.
