Sale of a business unit concerning the production, packaging and trade of cosmetic and perfumery products, for home and personal hygiene as well as the trade of raw materials for the cosmetics industry.
In addition to dealing with the trade of perfumery and cosmetics products, the company has created several product lines under its own brand:

- "Youkino Natural Vegan" = production and packaging of vegan cosmetics, not tested on animals, and made with totally natural ingredients.
- "Youkino Healthy Food" = vegan snacks, consisting of four types of dried and dehydrated fruit designed to meet different needs: "Beauty", "Fiber", "Wellness" "Sprint", rich in fiber and antioxidants, healthy and balanced, designed in comfortable formats for daily breaks and psychophysical well-being these packaged directly at the Brusaporto (BG) plant.
- "BALMO", Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI;
- Pearls of BALMO' Balsamic Vinegar, obtained through the process of spherification of balsamic vinegar into spheres the size of "caviar" with a new consistency suitable for various applications.

The sale includes furnishings and work equipment, inventories, intangible assets and no. 2 registered trademarks (BALMO'/YOUKINO)
