Bankruptcy n. 278/2013 - La Coruña Law Court n. 1

On sale credit rights towards the RC DEPORTIVO A CORUÑA SAD (lot 1) and ACTIVIDADES OF THE REAL CLUB DEPORTIVO EN MEDIOS DE COMUNICACIÓN S.L.U. (lot 2).

The first credit right (lot 1) has the character of subordinated debt in the bankruptcy procedure of the RC DEPORTIVO DA A CORUÑA SAD, and is subject to the schedule of payments agreed in the arrangement of that entity.

The nominal value of the credit amounts to 758,181.35 EUR.

The second right of credit (lot 2) is in respect of a currently dissolved entity, whose total nominal amount currently amounts to 284,094.98 EUR.

Both credits will have to be paid between 2034 and 2049.
