Transfer of a company having as its object the processing of fish products, processed, frozen, cooked and fresh, to which the wholesale trade of the same products is added, currently current in Bari – Santo Spirito (BA) – 70127 at Lungomare Cristoforo Colombo 8-8/A-B, by virtue of concession license no. 10 of the register dated 15.03.2018, prot. No. 71349/VIII/7 of 15.03.2018 and concession license no. 10 of the register dated 15.03.2019, prot. No. 76613/VIII/7 of 15.03.2019.

The object of the sale is therefore represented by the complex of assets, rights and relationships attributable to the operation of the aforementioned company, as well as by the goodwill, as the company's ability to generate a significant operating result annually.

In particular, the scope of the company to be sold includes the following asset and liability elements:

- OTHER INTANGIBLE FIXED ASSETS
- LANDS AND BUILDINGS
- PLANTS AND MACHINERY
- COMMERCIAL AND INDUSTRIAL EQUIPMENT
- OTHER GOODS
- INVENTORY OF FINISHED PRODUCTS AND GOODS

LIABILITIES AND NET:

- NET ASSETS
- SEVERANCE INDEMNITY
