Sports hall, with a capacity of about 3500 spectators, intended for various sports activities but also usable for activities ranging from conferences to fashion shows, from musical events to theatrical performances
The building has a covered area of about 3,900 m2, with a mainly circular plan with a diameter of 62 m, concentric tiers and a roof dome with a height of 11.60 m at the impost and 22.60 m at the keystone. The overall volume is approximately 56,000 m3.
The internal surfaces are intended:

The maximum capacity foreseen for sporting events is 3506 seats divided into 1126 seats in the stands on the sides of the field and 2380 seats in the concentric bleachers.
For public entertainment events, using the suitably equipped surface of the playing field, the capacity can be increased by about 700 seats.
At an altitude of 0.00, in addition to the playing field and the two lateral grandstands, there are various rooms, a group of services for the club, the changing rooms for athletes and referees with related services, a gym, a physical preparation and massage room, a first aid for athletes, a dressing room for the staff, a control room, a room for public safety, two ticket offices, the entrance hall, two bar areas, two groups of services for the public, an electrical switchboard room, a deposit with an independent external entrance and a series of storage rooms created under the grandstands.
The flooring of the playing field is made with 22 mm oak wood slats, joined by tongue and groove and arranged in a curtain.
The protective systems, such as railings, parapets and boundaries of the playing field are in tubular metal.
The original plant equipment of the building was made up as follows:
- lighting system and FM 380V divided into primary electrical substation (located in an area adjacent to the sports complex owned by the Municipality of Priolo Gargallo), general switchboard room, sector switchboards;
- lighting system divided into the competition field, grandstands, passages and exit routes, services and other sectors
activity;
- protection system against atmospheric discharges and earthing system;
- completely concealed water and drainage systems connected to the respective municipal networks;
- rainwater disposal system made with galvanized sheet metal gutters and downspouts;
The external area closely pertaining to the building, with a total area of approximately 17,000 m2 and currently communicating with that of the residence, is arranged for parking, accesses, pedestrian paths and green areas.
At present the sports hall is in a state of abandonment and has been the subject of thefts and vandalism which have greatly compromised the functionality of all the plants.
The residence, completed in 1991, is located in the northern area of the sports arena.
The building, with three elevations above ground, with a covered area of 744 m2 and a height of 9.90 m, is built in an area of about 6,800 m2 communicating with the parking lot of the building, which can be accessed from an entrance at the border to the east.
The ground floor, with a gross surface area of 740 sq m, consists of an entrance hall, hall, control room, kitchen, pantry, laundry room, a large room, toilets, storage rooms, stairwell, lift shaft, office area and caretaker's quarters. The second and third floors, each with a conventional gross surface area of 732 sq m, have the same distribution consisting of a central hallway and a deposit and of n. 8 mini-apartments of about 32 m2 for two people and n. 4 mini-apartments of about 59 m2 for three people.
The external area of relevance is mainly paved, with a modest green area and equipped with a lighting system on poles with street lamps.
The entrance gate is protected by a sliding gate and a pedestrian one.
The maintenance conditions of the building are overall fair.
The guesthouse is currently subject to a lease contract.
