1. the transfer of the company currently leased (with condition of immediate release) at Euro 24,000.00 annually and as better described below

The company consists of:

- instrumental assets, plants, machinery and equipment intended for bakery activities as better indicated in the inventory drawn up by the receivership on March 25, 2021;

- lease contract of the properties where the business activity is carried out, the company is operated in premises rented from the company "Panificio del ponte srl";

- administrative authorizations, licenses, concessions and permits issued for the operation of the company if and to the extent valid and effective at the time of contract signing;

- commercial goodwill;
