"We inform you that the Official Receiver has received an irrevocable offer for the bulk purchase of all the movable property owned by the bankrupt company, operating in the wholesale and retail trade of hardware and similar, closures, doors, panels and equipment for wood, metal and PVC at the registered office located in the Municipality of Teglio (SO), in the Mondolozza district of Valgella, in detail the following goods divided into lots, for which four sales experiments have already been carried out (in meanwhile some equipment belonging to lots 18 and 21 have already been sold by private treaty) ":

the offers of purchase, irrevocable pursuant to and for the purposes of art. 1329 c.c. and accompanied by a non-transferable cashier's check as a deposit in the name of "Bankruptcy n. 6/2016 Court of Sondrio ", equal to 15% of the offered price, must be deposited in a sealed envelope by Thursday, April 4, 2019 at 11:00

at the office of the Curator Rag. Alessandro Cottica in Sondrio, via Ragazzi del 99 n. 19, and their opening will take place on the same day and place at 11:05"
