The lands are registered at Land Registry of City of Perugia at sheet 151:

Parcel 953 - Arable land - Class 5 - Surface 1.340 sqm - R.D. € 1.38 - R.A. € 1.25
Parcel 1214 - Arable land - Class 5 - Surface 84 sqm - R.D. € 0.09 - R.A. € 0.08

The land falls within the area classified by the structural PRG as "CE45 - residential building sectors", while in the operational PRG the area is classified as wooded.
In addition, the area appears to be covered by fire in accordance with Law 353/00. For all these reasons, the area in question is currently devoid of building susceptibility.
