- Shed used as an industrial factory, ground floor of 1,370.00 square meters and reported in the land registry on sheet 1, parcel 6046, sub 1, Category D 1, floor T 1, income 8,522.00 euros;
- Caretaker's offices and residences on the first floor (sheet 1, particle 6046, sub 1 - sub 2) of the aforementioned building with a total area of approximately 330.00 m2, consisting of 6.5 rooms, rent of 386.05 euros
All of this, including an external appurtenant area of approximately 3,600.00 square meters.
The goods are leased (and will subsequently be put up for sale) as seen and liked in the state of fact and law in which they are located, as a whole and not to measure, without any guarantee for eviction, defects, harassment and excluding any liability for the possible existence of burdens, encumbrances and rights that can be enforced by third parties on the same assets, lack or lack of authorizations, or other. The property in question will be leased with the equipment, furnishings and everything else resulting from the attached inventory report drawn up by the Procedure Bodies and by the court clerk at the time of entry into possession as a result of the successful award and relative signing of the lease.
The successful tenderer undertakes, as of now, to guarantee and ensure the full integrity of the equipment and machinery present in the leased company complex, which must be returned in the same conditions and state of affairs as found in the inventory carried out on the date of placing in possession, with the exception of the normal deterioration deriving from the passage of time.
Said equipment and machinery must not suffer damage and/or harm of any kind, as well as any eventual charge and/or cost relating to the movement and/or storage of removable assets will be borne solely by the successful tenderer.
Under no circumstances may the successful tenderer oppose and/or hinder any sale in bankruptcy of the assets and equipment present in the leased premises, which will not constitute in any case - unlike the successful award of the real estate leased to the outcome of the sale made in bankruptcy - cause of termination of the lease in question..
