Hotel in Castelfidardo (AN), Via Gaetano Donizetti

Complex called "Hotel Parco" located in the north-eastern area of the city, in front of the "Parco delle Rimembranze" and borders other units intended for commercial and tertiary activities, served by a large car parking.

The 4-star hotel is spread over 3 floors above ground with two L-shaped wings and is equipped with 21 rooms on the first floor, 22 rooms with a multipurpose room and two large terraces on the second floor, while the hall with the breakfasts, the restaurant, the kitchen, the toilets and the boiler room are on the ground floor.

The rooms are all equipped with air conditioning, in some there are radiator heating systems, in others there is a ducted system. The flooring of the hall, breakfast room and restaurant, and the covering of the stairs were made of granite.

The gross surfaces of the various rooms are indicatively divided as follows:
