However, it is possible to change the use to residential by presenting a technical report demonstrating compliance with legal limits regarding electromagnetic pollution, with reference to the overhead power line passing near the property. Therefore, a technical report demonstrating compliance with regulatory limits and authorization from Terna SpA are required, in addition to the payment of urbanization fees, construction costs, and secretarial expenses.
