IRREVOCAL OFFERS GATHERING FOR THE ACQUISITION OF THE PRODUCTION UNIT
The activity of CASTLE HARBOR, SL is the tourist exploitation on its own behalf of other people's apartments on a rental basis, an activity that it is currently in development.
There are 62 lease contracts signed between the owners of the apartments and the bankrupt company, in which CASTLE HARBOR, SL is exclusively entrusted with the management and rental of the apartments.
The productive unit consists of:
- The computer system
- The tourist license (although it does not comply with the Canary Islands Tourism Management Law regarding the principle of unit of exploitation),
- The commercial brand
- Workers who are on staff (8). All workers who provide services to the bankrupt company are considered affected by the Productive Unit, except for those who are expressly excluded from the Offer. A table is attached indicating the positions and salary costs.
