Lease of a company operating in the waste recycling sector in Giulianova (TE)
The value resulting from the award will be equal to the annual rent for the lease of the company
The company carries out activities of marketing, collection, transport, temporary storage, conferment, treatment, disposal, inertization, recovery, recycling of solid, semi-solid, and liquid waste, without exception.
The lease contract includes:
- buildings and land where the activity is carried out;
- plants, machinery, equipment, furniture, furnishings, electrical and electronic machines, loading and unloading vehicles, vehicles and automobiles;
- employee labor contracts
The lease will last for five years. It is at the discretion of the Lessor to request, at least three months before the expiration, an extension of the duration of this contract.
The company does not include the portion of the property indicated by the red-bordered plan attached hereto (Annex B) and the goods and machinery located therein indicated in the attached list (Annex C) because the Lessor does not currently have free availability of them, although all procedures for the authorizations for enjoyment and operation have been initiated.
The following are expressly excluded from the company: goods not previously listed or not indicated in the attachments that remain, therefore, in the full and exclusive availability of the Lessor, cash present in the cash register or deposited with third parties, credits of any nature and kind, security deposits, debts and liabilities of any nature, passive contingencies.
