Only legal entities with VAT and qualifying as Companies and/or Professionals under Legislative Decree 206/2005 belonging exclusively to the following categories: Scrap Dealers, Resellers or Sector Traders will be allowed to participate in the auction. To participate in the auction, legal entities are also required to send an updated copy of the chamber of commerce registration to: info@gobid.it

The lots in the auction are subject to a reserve price. In any case, at the end of the auction, the best offers received will be subject to approval by the clients. The clients also reserve the right to evaluate offers received below the reserve price. 
 
BIDS PLACED ARE BINDING AND CONSTITUTE A FORMAL COMMITMENT TO PURCHASE. IN THE EVENT THAT THE AWARD TO THE HIGHEST BIDDER SHOULD FALL THROUGH, IT WILL BE AWARDED TO THE NEXT HIGHEST BIDDER WITHOUT FURTHER NOTICE.
