Granule Storage and Distribution Plant

Plastic granules raw materials transport, loading and storage plant.

The granule storage system includes a transport, monitoring and control system, with integrated alarms for the level of loading of the silos, as well as a filling and transport system of the granules, managed by a synoptic panel as described below.


- N. 10 aluminum silos with a capacity of 6000 kg,

- N. 6 silos capacity 4000 kg with cyclones, granule transport pipes,

- Each Silos is equipped with:
 
 .Automatic and manual diverter solenoid valve
 .Minimum, medium and maximum charge sensor, including optical and sound signaling, for all filling phases
 Material draft system on board the machine, with 3 bayonet outlets.
 .Cleaning system
 .Optical inspection system.

- Complete transport system of pipes and cyclones and anti-dust system.

- Control panel complete with synoptic with sending to automatic and programmed filling

- Robuschi compressor with soundproofing box,

- Rotary valve for the launch of the granule with pre-storage silos,
- Switches
- Reading system with bar code complete with gun.


- Dismantling and transport costs are not included
