AT AUCTION Land in Gazzo Veronese (VR), Locality San Pietro in Valle - OFFERS COLLECTION
The land for auction has an area of 2,654 sqm.
At the time of the inspection, the land was found to be abandoned, partially fenced with metal mesh and iron posts, and partially without fencing.
The land would be identified in the P.A.T.I. as follows:
u073 Homogeneous Territorial Areas - ATO (art. 39);
u073 Consolidated urbanization areas with predominant residential use (art. 40);
u073 Incongruous works (art. 43).
It should be noted that the land has been included for years in an expropriation plan by the Municipality of Gazzo Veronese, but to date it is not known whether the plan will be implemented or the timing of the completion of the process, which would nonetheless entail the owner's right to receive the liquidating compensation.
Due to this uncertainty, the land, despite its large size, has been estimated by the expert of the procedure at a negligible price that will allow the successful bidder to either purchase a property at a very advantageous price or, possibly, to receive a fair compensation.
