The company Cellena S.r.l. has full ownership of the real estate complex consisting of buildings in a dilapidated state for 2,039 m2 and land for approximately 55,528 m2, all located in the Municipality of Semproniano, Località Cellena, Via Monte Amiata n. 2.
An increase in volume is expected through a private initiative development plan, such as to allow the construction of a hotel structure with an accommodation capacity of up to two hundred beds (30,000 m3 above ground and 6,000 m3 above ground); the need to keep the built volume concentrated in the current and neighboring position confirms the intended use hypothesized in the urban planning instrument.
