It is specified that in the event of the award of the lots of the auction, the successful bidder must not proceed with the withdrawal operations, but will be required to enter into a lease agreement with the Judicial Administration for the property where the lots for sale are located, in order to preserve the productive potential of the individual lines purchased. In this regard, the buyer is required to review the draft lease agreement for the aforementioned property published on the relevant auction sheet, which will be used as a basis for defining the lease agreement to be entered into with the Procedure following the award.
