Production line for photovoltaic panels, distributed over four distinct lamination lines, with different production capacities, supplied upstream by three automatic stringers with a production capacity varying between 4 and 5 busbars controlled by two "Kuka" robotic arms;
Downstream of the formal lamination process, "core 6" (3 positions) and "core 4" (2 positions), the line is also equipped with two framing machines, plus a station for applying the rear junction box and a system for verifying/testing the finished product.
The maximum production capacity in operation is around 2,400 cells per hour, or about 33 modules per hour.
This translates, based on 220 working days of production in three continuous shifts of eight hours, into a value of around 52.2MW of annual production, or about 174,240 modules of 60 cells at approximately 5W/cell, with an average unit power of photovoltaic module of 300W/module.
