Sale of lease assets

The lots require the payment of a specific deposit indicated in the lot sheet.
Only legal entities with VAT and qualifying as Companies and/or Professionals under Legislative Decree 206/2005 belonging only to the following categories: Scrap dealers, outsourcers, and traders in the sector will be allowed to participate in the auction. To participate in the auction, legal entities are also required to send an updated copy of the chamber of commerce registration to: info@gobid.it
The lots in the auction are subject to a reserve price. At the end of the auction, for the best offers received below the reserve price, the award will be subject to approval by the clients.
BIDS PLACED ARE BINDING AND CONSTITUTE A FORMAL COMMITMENT TO PURCHASE. IN THE EVENT THAT THE AWARD TO THE BEST BIDDER SHOULD FALL THROUGH, IT WILL BE AWARDED TO THE NEXT BEST BIDDER WITHOUT EXCEPTION.

The viewing date will be set by Gobid in agreement with the custodian and will be communicated via email.
