Building with 4 floors above ground, whose original intended use was supposed to be residential, but has always been used as a storage facility.
It consists of two contiguous building bodies arranged in an L shape: the first has four elevations occupying an area of about 820.00 sqm per floor, the second, with two elevations, has an area of about 150.00 sqm per floor.
All floors of the building are devoid of partitions, except for the sanitary service rooms present only on the second floor.
The various floors are connected by three stairwells, there are three elevator shafts and a freight elevator (old and non-functional).
It is evident on the third floor a significant state of damage to the structures caused by a fire.
The entire building is in a state of total degradation and abandonment.

The parcel is indicated in the PRG tables as homogeneous zone F "area intended for expansion and development of services". Furthermore, it is indicated that the homogeneous zone "F" has been repealed since 01/01/2016 due to the effect of art. 22 of L.R. n. 40 of 31/12/2015 modifying and integrating L.U.R. n. 19/02; agricultural use is extended to it, whose utilization is governed by articles 50, 51, and 52 of the aforementioned L.U.R. n. 19/02 and subsequent amendments.
