The payment of the awarded lots must be made through PAgoPa following the route: http: //www.regione.taa.it/> Transparent administration> Administration payments> clicking on the pagoPA icon> finally selecting "Different payments" and providing populate the required fields with "Various payments" and entering the license plate number as the reason for payment (eg "auction AB123CD"). payment must be made within the established terms.

 

The successful bidder, if exercising a business activity, at the same time or before making the payment of the assets awarded, pursuant to Article 85 of the Legislative Decree. 159/2011, must send by e-mail the anti-mafia certification relating to his business or company (also attaching the photocopy or scan of the Identity Card and the Tax Code of the legal representative and the registration of the company in the lists of the Chamber of Commerce with the indication of the VAT number) in the event that the economic transaction exceeds the value indicated by law. In the event that the successful bidder is a natural person and does not operate for commercial purposes, he will only send a photocopy or scan of the Identity Card and the Tax Code.
