Sale of capital goods from leasing

ASSETS ON SALE ON BEHALF OF INTRUM ITALY S.P.A

- The buyer undertakes to collect, at his own care and expense, within the mandatory deadline of 15/7/2023 the good in question from the place indicated for collection. It remains the responsibility of the Property to fulfill any charges connected to the deposit of the asset accrued up to that day. The buyer declares for all purposes of the law and reiterates that the movement, loading onto means of transport, transport, any disassembly of the necessary asset and any activities on the property as well as its necessary restoration, and any necessary operation also only when it is made available, it will be at the buyer's entire expense, even if specific instructions from the manufacturers of the goods are not available or available -

In this regard, it should be noted that inside the premises where the goods are located there is a metal structure with a door, which, for removal purposes, must be disassembled and reassembled, restoring the situation as indicated above. The contractor will therefore be required to carry out all the operations necessary to collect the awarded asset, at his own expense, and to take steps to request any permits to occupy public land from the relevant Municipality, where necessary.

Auction lots are reserve price. At the auction deadline, for highest bids , awarding will be subject to seller's approval.
