Complex called "Hotel Parco" located in the north-east area of the city, in front of the "Parco delle Rimembranze" and bordering with other units intended for commercial and tertiary activities, served by a large parking lot.

The hotel, 4 stars, is spread over 3 above-ground floors with two wings in an "L" shape and has 21 rooms on the first floor, 22 rooms with a multi-purpose room and two large terraces on the second floor, while the lobby with the breakfast room, the restaurant, the kitchen, the toilets and the central heating system are on the ground floor.

The rooms are all equipped with air conditioning, some have radiator heating systems, others have a ducted system. The flooring of the lobby, breakfast room and restaurant, and the covering of the stairs are made of granite.
