• lot 1, building distributed over multiple levels is of old construction made partly of load-bearing masonry and partly of reinforced concrete structure, the intended use of the complex as per the documents includes residential and commercial use (shop/inn). The old roof covering is partly made of asbestos-cement sheets. In 2022, following the mayoral ordinance no. 15/2021, the bankruptcy procedure proceeded to secure part of the building by carrying out a series of demolitions of some dangerous parts with safety measures.
