The Municipality of Monticello Conte Otto, having consulted the municipal technician, has highlighted that there is a request for a change of use to residential that has now expired due to non-payment of fees. However, it is still possible to change the use to residential with the obligation to present a report demonstrating compliance with legal limits regarding electromagnetic pollution, with reference to the overhead power line passing near the property. A technical report demonstrating compliance with regulatory limits is therefore necessary, as well as authorization from Terna SpA, in addition to the payment of urbanization fees, construction costs, and administrative expenses.
