AT AUCTION Building land with a dilapidated building called "Corte Quadri" in Cologna Veneta (VR)
"Corte Quari" consists of a long one-story building, with a very elegant portico, in Renaissance style, with the shafts and capitals of the columns made of stone, sourced and worked in the Verona area. The original layout can be traced back to a religious-conventual one, as the bases of the columns are placed not on the floor level, but on a continuous wall, interrupted only at the main entrances to the ground floor rooms.
Above, the facade has modular and equidistant windows/openings, reminiscent of the openings of monastic cells. The ground floor shows a ceiling in modular wooden structures, beneath which there was most likely a band with pictorial cycles.
The dilapidated property called "Corte Quari" is subject to Monumental Constraint.
The lands are currently identified as "Unplanned Areas", as the five-year term of the Intervention Plan has expired, which has lost its effectiveness due to the prolonged timing related to the implementation of the planning agreements signed between public and private.
The lands in question are included in the Homogeneous Territorial Area No. 4 – and are subject to the Planning Agreement APP 1B – (Corte Quari) signed on 04/02/2016 and adopted with Municipal Council Resolution No. 3 of 17/02/2016 approving Variation No. 5 to Phase 3 of the Intervention Plan.
In relation to the aforementioned Agreement, the areas in question have been classified by the current Intervention Plan as expansion areas called: "Zone D3 – commercial – directional – tourist/accommodation – residential".
