The property in question is located in the industrial area of the Municipality of Capurso, along the former S.S. 100.
The factory is developed in a single building which rises on two levels above ground, for a total area of 1,347 m2 of which 1298.50 m2 used as a warehouse with an internal height of 8 meters and 97.20 m2 intended for offices.
The office area has been created in the largest part, accessible both from the outside and from the processing area, it is composed of a ground floor and first floor where on the ground floor there are three offices and two bathrooms while on the first floor two offices and a bathroom.
