Parcel 90 has active easements for passage over parcel 745 (NCT) located in front, which lies between the villa and Viale Trisorio Liuzzi, and over the rear parcel 84 (urban entity class C/6 in NCEU), through which access to the basement is obtained. The aforementioned parcels 745 and 84 are not seized.
