Rustic land of olive grove type and in minimal part arable, located in the countryside of Mattinata (FG), in the locality "Mont’Elce" or "Montelci", with a total cadastral area of one hectare, seventeen ares and forty-one centiars (Ha. 01.17.41)
Access to the land is via SP 53 Mattinata-Vieste and from there through a private farm road, connected to the public road, partially falling on parcel 210 in the land registry reported in the ownership of the Region of Puglia Bari.
It has an irregular shape with non-constant slope. The slopes are mitigated by the presence of terraces made with local stones hewn with a hammer. The agronomic arrangement is typical of places characterized by sloping land. There are some olive trees, almond trees, and spontaneous vegetation of the Mediterranean scrub. A rural building constituting part of the lot for sale is located on part of it.

Access to the land is from SP 89 towards Monte Sant’Angelo and through a local road.
It is divided into two bodies, in a hilly area with an irregular shape with non-constant slope, at times steeply sloping, with areas that are difficult to access, soil partially rocky, not suitable for cultivation, characterized by spontaneous vegetation of the Mediterranean scrub. There are no drainage and irrigation systems, nor fixed installations for carrying out activities.
