This is a rustic building located in the ancient center of Macchiagodena overlooking the Ciurcia alley.
The building, with a trapezoidal plan, was originally made up of two levels of floor above ground and bearing structure in rough stone masonry, floors with wooden beams. Currently the first floor has collapsed, only a trace of the gable roof remains on the side wall of the adjacent building.
On the façade there are two entrances, one of which has a stone portal with a round arch engraved with the date 1889 on the keystone.
Between the two openings there is a window with a stone frame.

The property is co-owned and therefore the ownership share equal to 1/3 is sold. There is a right of usufruct on the property by third parties.
