It is an 18th-century building under renovation, located adjacent to the inhabited area of the Cassone fraction and the Church, consisting of a house spread over four levels.

The building originally started as a single dwelling divided into two livable levels and two service levels.
The project now involves the creation of three separate units, taking advantage of the different access points located on both the first level (ground) and second level (first floor).
On the ground floor, a studio apartment has been created and at this ground level, a porch accessible from the street has been built.
On the second level, there is a common distribution space and a residential unit spread across the entire floor.
The last two levels consist of a single residential unit on two levels.
