Participation Rules:Participation in this sale is regulated by the conditions set out in the attached Sale Notice which the user is required to consult.
Lots Availability
Any registration related to preemption rights, registration of foreclosures and seizes, or any other tie falling on the lots on sale will be cancelled complying to art. 108 Bankruptcy Law (Legge Fallimentare) once the sale will be completed and the price will be fully collected. Any formalities for cancellation will be on buyer's expenses.
Payment deadline
Payment of awarding price must take place on account indicated by the procedure within the time limit not exceeding 60 days from awarding.
Buyer's premium due has to be paid within 10 days from awarding.
Fees and expenses related to sale on buyer's expense (law fees, notarial fees, fiscal and non fiscal fees) have to be paid in full within 60 days from the provisional awarding.
Buyer's Premium:
A percentage % charge + VAT will be added to the price of each awarded lot also in case of offers received related to art. 107 L.F (Bankruptcy Law).
The above mentioned percentage charge will be applied according to the modes shown in the following table:

The calculation base of Buyer's Premium is divided into different staggers each one corresponding to a rate decreasing when staggers increase.
For each awarding price, the corresponding Buyers' Premium will be given by the sum of the commissions calculated on the referring stagger, according to the modes indicated in the table above.
VAT on lot:
VAT application may vary according to law depending on the awarding subject and will be calculated on the awarding price and added to it. (where applicable)
In case of insurgency of any controversy related to the interpretation of the dispositions included in the general and specific terms present in the website translated in different languages, it will be applied the Italian language version of such texts
Σημειώνεται ότι, μετά την αξιολόγηση των αμετάκλητων προσφορών που έχουν ληφθεί και εφόσον υπάρχουν αμετάκλητες προσφορές αγοράς για το πλήρες οικόπεδο, έγκυρες σύμφωνα με την ανακοίνωση πώλησης, μπορεί να επιτραπεί η συμμετοχή στη δημοπρασία για το ίδιο πλήρες οικόπεδο και στους προσφέροντες των μεμονωμένων οικοπέδων.
Για το σκοπό αυτό, οι προσφέροντες, ενημερωμένοι για το αποτέλεσμα της συλλογής προσφορών, πρέπει να στείλουν το συντομότερο δυνατό αίτημα μέσω pec στη Διαδικασία και στην Gobid International Auction Group Srl, εκφράζοντας την πρόθεσή τους να συμμετάσχουν αποκλειστικά στην αγορά του πλήρους οικοπέδου, συμπληρώνοντας την εγγύηση κατά το ποσό της διαφοράς μεταξύ του ποσού που έχει ήδη καταβληθεί ως εγγύηση από τον ίδιο προσφέροντα κατά την υποβολή της αμετάκλητης προσφοράς και του 10% της βασικής τιμής του πλήρους οικοπέδου που αναφέρεται στην ανακοίνωση. Ο προσφέρων πρέπει, επομένως, να αποστείλει με τους παραπάνω τρόπους αντίγραφο της απόδειξης πληρωμής που έγινε ως συμπλήρωση της εγγύησης, η οποία πρέπει να έχει πιστωθεί στον τραπεζικό λογαριασμό της GOBID INTERNATIONAL AUCTION GROUP Srl για τη συμμετοχή στη δημοπρασία.
Σημειώνεται ότι η συμμετοχή στη δημοπρασία για το πλήρες οικόπεδο αποκλείει τη συμμετοχή του ίδιου προσφέροντα από την ενδεχόμενη δημοπρασία για το μεμονωμένο οικόπεδο.
