Participation Rules:Participation in this sale is regulated by the conditions set out in the attached Sale Notice which the user is required to consult.
Lots Availability
Any registration related to preemption rights, registration of foreclosures and seizes, or any other tie falling on the lots on sale will be cancelled complying to art. 108 Bankruptcy Law (Legge Fallimentare) once the sale will be completed and the price will be fully collected. Any formalities for cancellation will be on buyer's expenses.
Payment deadline
Payment of awarding price must take place on account indicated by the procedure within the time limit not exceeding 60 days from awarding.
Buyer's premium due has to be paid within 10 days from awarding.
Fees and expenses related to sale on buyer's expense (law fees, notarial fees, fiscal and non fiscal fees) have to be paid in full within 60 days from the provisional awarding.
Buyer's Premium:
A percentage % charge + VAT will be added to the price of each awarded lot also in case of offers received related to art. 107 L.F (Bankruptcy Law).
The above mentioned percentage charge will be applied according to the modes shown in the following table:

The calculation base of Buyer's Premium is divided into different staggers each one corresponding to a rate decreasing when staggers increase.
For each awarding price, the corresponding Buyers' Premium will be given by the sum of the commissions calculated on the referring stagger, according to the modes indicated in the table above.
VAT on lot:
VAT application may vary according to law depending on the awarding subject and will be calculated on the awarding price and added to it. (where applicable)
In case of insurgency of any controversy related to the interpretation of the dispositions included in the general and specific terms present in the website translated in different languages, it will be applied the Italian language version of such texts
Se informa que, posteriormente a la evaluación de las ofertas irrevocables recibidas y en presencia de ofertas irrevocables de compra en el lote Completo, válidas según el aviso de venta, podrán ser admitidos a participar en la subasta en el mismo lote Completo también los oferentes de los lotes individuales.
Con este fin, los oferentes, informados del resultado de la recolección de ofertas, deberán enviar lo antes posible una solicitud a través de pec a la Procedura y a la Gobid International Auction Group Srl en la que manifiesten su intención de competir exclusivamente en la compra del lote Completo, integrando el depósito caucional en la medida de la diferencia entre lo ya pagado como garantía por el mismo oferente en la presentación de la oferta irrevocable y el 10% del precio base del lote Completo indicado en el aviso. El oferente deberá, por lo tanto, transmitir de la manera indicada anteriormente una copia contable del pago realizado como integración de la garantía, que deberá estar acreditada en la cuenta corriente a nombre de GOBID INTERNATIONAL AUCTION GROUP Srl para participar en la subasta.
Se precisa que la participación en la subasta en el lote Completo excluirá la participación del mismo oferente en la eventual subasta en el lote individual.
