Deposit

The present gathering is subject to a mandatory deposit of 10% of price offered.

Participation Rules:

Participation in this sale is regulated by the conditions set out in the attached Sale Notice which the user is required to consult.

Lots Availability

Any registration related to preemption rights, registration of foreclosures and seizes, or any other tie falling on the lots on sale will be cancelled once the sale will be completed and the price will be fully collected. Any formalities for cancellation will be on buyer's expenses.

Payment deadline

Awarded lots must be paid in full in the notarial deed which will take place within 90 days from awarding.

Buyer's premium due has to be paid within 10 days from awarding.

Fees and expenses related to sale on buyer's expense (law fees, notarial fees, fiscal and non fiscal fees) have to be paid in full within 90 days from awarding.

Buyer's Premium:

A percentage of 2,50% charge + VAT will be added to the price of each awarded lot.

VAT:

VAT application may vary according to law depending on the awarding subject and will be calculated on the awarding price and added to it. (where applicable)

In case of insurgency of any controversy related to the interpretation of the dispositions included in the general and specific terms present in the website translated in different languages, it will be applied the Italian language version of such texts

Инструмент за реализацију који омогућава развој области одобрен је од стране Ц.Е.Ц. 24-07.02 (прат. 1378/2002) и усвојен од стране Општинског већа Маршћана 30-07-02 и схема уговора за изградњу урбанизацијских радова одобрена од стране истог Општинског већа 28-10-2002 бр. 128.
Одлуком бр. 5 О.В. од 21-01-2005. и одобрењем од 27-04-2005. бр. 68 одобрене су промене у расподели паркинга - измена неких улаза на локалитете - прерасподела стаза и ажурирање карактеристика подслужби;
Са варијантама урбанистичког плана намећеним од стране Региона Умбрија у поступку оцене утицаја на животну средину одлуком управе бр. 11690 од 18-12-2009. и одобрено одлуком О.В. бр. 47 од 22-06-2010. направљене су промене у прерасподели величина пројекта - различита расподела величина пројекта - нова шема засада - прописи о путувима паркинга - технички прописи за коришћење у фази извођења радова - продужење рока.
У наставку су наведени подаци из уговора:

- Величина пројекта 1.933,62 м3
- Висина крова 2.50 м
- Максимална висина 5.95 м
- Висина куле 6.30 м
