Deposit
The present auction is subject to a deposit of EUR 300,00
In order to enable the user's participation, deposit has to be paid in one of the following ways:
1- Via credit card on-line.
2- Via bank transfer to the following account:

Deposit has to be necessarily credited before the auction deadline.
As soon as the deposit will be received, the user will be immediately allowed to bid.
In case of deposit payment via bank tranfers, in order to accelerate the participation, the user is advised to send an official proof of the deposit payment to the following address: info@gobid.it
In case participants will not award any lot, deposit will be refunded within 20 working days from auction deadline, with no interests applied.
If, in case of awarding, after deposit payment, the bidder will not comply with the payment terms, the deposit will not be refunded.
Fees
Legal taxes and all expenses relating to the sale, fiscal and non-fiscal, will be borne by the buyer. The buyer's premium due by the buyer must be paid no later than 3 days after the award.
Payment Methods
All payments have to be made exclusively by bank transfer. Account details will be indicated whether at the time of registration or in conjunction with the awarding statement (in a private message to the user mailbox). (see General Terms and Conditions)
Payment deadline
Awarded lots have to be paid within 3 days from awarding.
Buyer's Premium due has to be paid within 3 days from awarding.
In the event of an award, the sum paid as a deposit will be retained until the sale is completed with the related transfer of ownership to be carried out through a written contract, subject to approval from the Revenue Agency, to be signed within 3 days of the award , according to the methods established by the Company. The deposit will therefore be charged against the hammer price. In any case, the contract will be signed only upon receipt of payment of the corresponding hammer price and related Buyer's Premium (plus VAT). Any expenses, fiscal or non-fiscal, to be incurred to complete the transfer of the credits covered by this auction will be borne by the buyer. The payment of the award price must be made to the current account indicated by the Company within a period not exceeding 3 days from the award.
The transfer of the credit to the successful tenderer's tax drawer will take place within 10 days of payment of the balance price. If, in the event of an award, after having paid the deposit, the bidder does not complete the purchase within the established terms, both in terms of the award price and the Buyer's Premium, the sale will be considered automatically terminated and the deposit paid will be retained. as a compensatory penalty.
In case of failure to receive further irrevocable purchase offers, the lot will go back on sale; in case of other offers it will be awarded to the next highest bidder.
In any case, it is understood that, in the event that the sale is not completed by the established date, for reasons attributable to the successful bidder, the sale will be considered automatically terminated and the amounts paid by the same (Awarded Lots - Buyer'sPremium) will be withheld as a compensation penalty.
Conditions for transfer of property
The sale and transfer of the credits covered by this auction will be completed by stipulating a contract in written form, subject to approval from the Revenue Agency, according to the methods established and communicated by the Procedure. The contract will be signed within 3 days of the award following receipt of payment of the corresponding award price and the relevant Buyer's Premium (plus VAT).
Any expenses to be incurred to complete the transfer of the credits covered by this auction will be borne by the buyer.
In the event that the sale is not completed by the established date, the sale will be considered automatically terminated and the amounts paid by the successful bidder (Sold Lots - Buyer's Premium) will be retained as a compensation penalty.
Additional specific terms
Buyer's Premium: A charge of 3,00% + VAT will be added to the price of each awarded lot.
Fees and Taxes: The sale will be subject to taxes established by the relevant law, all to be paid by the buyer.
Extra-Time
In case a winning offer will be submitted within 5 minutes before the auction deadline, the time to place another bid will be extended for 5 more minutes from the last bid received. Every other winning bid submitted within 5 extra-time minutes, will extend the time for placing another bid for 5 more minutes from the last bid received and so forth.Automatic overbids in case of maximum bid (proxy bid) are condisdered winnig bids as well.
The sale of the goods is forced (art. 2919 c.c.) it is arranged for goods as is , in the rule of law and fact. In the forced sale it is not valid the warranty for vices. It cannot be contested for damages (Art. 2922 c.c.).
The sale occurs with obligation for the user who award the lot to check of the compliance with safety norms
It is excluded any responisibility of the Gobid International Auction Group Srl about the existence of rights of third parties on the goods subject of sale (Art . 2920 Civil Code)
