Deposit

The present auction is subject to a deposit of  EUR 61.762,00.

Lots Availability

Any registration related to preemption rights, registration of foreclosures and seizes, or any other tie falling on the lots on sale will be cancelled once the sale will be completed and the price will be fully collected. Any formalities for cancellation will be on buyer's expenses.

Payment deadline
 
Awarded lots have to be paid in full within 60 days from the provisional awarding.

Buyer's premium due has to be paid within 10 days from awarding.

Fees and expenses related to sale on buyer's expense (law fees, notarial fees, fiscal and non fiscal fees) have to be paid in full  within 60 days from the provisional awarding.

A percentage of 4,00% charge + VAT will be added to the price of each awarded lot. 
 
VAT: 
VAT application may vary according to law depending on the awarding subject and will be calculated on the awarding price and added to it. (where applicable)


In case of insurgency of  any controversy related to the interpretation of the dispositions included in the general and specific terms present in the website  translated in different languages, it will be applied the Italian language version of such texts

Todas las parcelas se encuentran dentro de un plan de urbanización perimetrado definido en el PRG vigente con la sigla PL32 regulado según los artículos 7 – 9 – 10 – 11 – 19 – 27 de las N.T.A.
El plan volumétrico prevé la formación de 24 lotes, dos de ellos con destino mixto comercial/residencial; en los restantes se prevé la construcción de edificios unifamiliares y bifamiliares y de una hilera de unidades adosadas. La superficie total del área con relevamiento topográfico es de 21.530 mq, ligeramente inferior a la catastral que suma 22.091 mq.
La superficie total de los lotes edificables es de 12.919 mq con una capacidad edificable total de 3.183 mq (superficie de lote principal).
Las áreas restantes sin construir están destinadas a zonas verdes y estacionamientos en una cantidad superior a los estándares (2.435 mq en lugar de los 1.736 previstos en el plan) y a vías públicas y privadas.
