In the event of the lot being awarded, the deposit will be paid by bank transfer to the Mandator who will charge it as a deposit on the price.Participation Rules:Participation in this sale is regulated by the conditions set out in the attached Sale Notice which the user is required to consult.
Lots Availability
Any registration related to preemption rights, registration of foreclosures and seizes, or any other tie falling on the lots on sale will be cancelled complying to art. 108 Bankruptcy Law (Legge Fallimentare) once the sale will be completed and the price will be fully collected. Any formalities for cancellation will be on buyer's expenses.
Property transfer
The transfer of ownership will take place only after full payment of the hammer price, expenses and Buyer's Premium plus VAT, by means of a notarial deed according to the methods established by the Procedure.
Payment deadline
Awarded lots have to be paid in full within 90 days from the provisional awarding.
Buyer's premium due (plus VAT) has to be paid within 10 days from awarding.
Fees and expenses related to sale on buyer's expense (law fees, notarial fees, fiscal and non fiscal fees) have to be paid in full within 90 days from the provisional awarding.
Buyer's Premium:
Buyer's Premium: A percentage charge of 4,00% + VAT will be added to the hammer price of each lot even in the case of offers received within the deadline set by art. 107 paragraph 4 (Bankruptcy Law).
VAT:
VAT application may vary according to law depending on the awarding subject and will be calculated on the awarding price and added to it. (where applicable)
In case of insurgency of any controversy related to the interpretation of the dispositions included in the general and specific terms present in the website translated in different languages, it will be applied the Italian language version of such texts
Një pjesë e pasurive të lëvizshme, siç është specifikuar në ekspertizën e geom. Bussi, janë vendosur në një kapëse industriale e pronës së të tretëve pranë atij të pronës së Likuidimit Gjyqësore. Kontrata e qirasës, e cila fillon nga 20.01.1999 dhe përfundon më 28.12.2028, nuk është objekt i shitjes.
Fituesi do të jetë i detyruar të largojë pasuritë e lëvizshme aty brenda 10 ditëve të punës nga transferimi i branës së kompanisë.
Kreditet dhe borxhet e lidhura me kompaninë nuk janë objekt i shitjes dhe, prandaj, janë përjashtuar nga vlerësimi aktual.
