Deposit

The present gathering is subject to a mandatory deposit of 10% of price offered.

Participation Rules:

Participation in this sale is regulated by the conditions set out in the attached Sale Notice which the user is required to consult.

Lots Awarding

In any case, the Curator will give priority to the awarding of the Complete lot; however, if following the evaluation of the offers or the conclusion of any tender there are better valid offers on the individual lots, the Curator reserves the right to proceed with the awarding of the lots based on the values achieved.


Lots Availability

Any registration related to preemption rights, registration of foreclosures and seizes, or any other tie falling on the lots on sale will be cancelled complying to art. 108 Bankruptcy Law (Legge Fallimentare) once the sale will be completed and the price will be fully collected. Any formalities for cancellation will be on buyer's expenses.

Payment deadline

Awarded lots have to be paid in full within 90 days from the provisional awarding.

Buyer's premium due (plus VAT) has to be paid within 20 days from awarding.

Fees and expenses related to sale on buyer's expense (law fees, notarial fees, fiscal and non fiscal fees) have to be paid in full  within 90 days from the provisional awarding.


Buyer's Premium

A percentage 3,00% charge + VAT will be added to the price of each awarded lot also in case of offers received related to art. 107 L.F (Bankruptcy Law). 
 
 
VAT: 
VAT application may vary according to law depending on the awarding subject and will be calculated on the awarding price and added to it. (where applicable)


In case of insurgency of  any controversy related to the interpretation of the dispositions included in the general and specific terms present in the website  translated in different languages, it will be applied the Italian language version of such texts

Fastigheterna är en del av en återhämtningsplan av privat initiativ kallad "Ex Cartiera Ripanti", som godkändes definitivt den 06/06/2005 med ett stadsplaneringsavtal ingånget med kommunen den 25/10/2005.

Fastighet 63 sub 207 representerar, förutom en del av källarlokaler, även det överliggande gångområdet för gemensamt bruk som sträcker sig längs två sidor av byggnaden ovan mark. Det kommer att vara vinnaren som ansvarar för uppdelningen av nämnda fastighet, eftersom gångområdet inte kommer att överlåtas utan förblir i den konkursade företagets ägo.

Det påpekas att bygglovet för närvarande har gått ut och det kommer därför att vara nödvändigt att presentera ett nytt projekt för att slutföra arbetet.
