Deposit

The present auction is subject to a deposit of EUR 9.000,00.

Payment deadline

Payment for the lot must be made in accordance with the provisions of the draft business lease agreement attached to the auction sheet, to which reference is made for any further information.

Buyer's premium due has to be paid within 10 days from awarding.

Fees and expenses related to sale on buyer's expense (law fees, notarial fees, fiscal and non fiscal fees) have to be paid in full within 30 days from the provisional awarding.

The company lease agreement will be signed only after full payment of the awarding price, unless otherwise indicated by the Principal, the expenses and the Buyer's Premium, by means of a notarial deed according to the methods established by the Principal himself.

Buyer's Premium:

equal to one month (plus VAT) calculated on the annual rent resulting from the award at the end of the auction

VAT:

VAT application may vary according to law depending on the awarding subject and will be calculated on the awarding price and added to it. (where applicable)

In case of insurgency of any controversy related to the interpretation of the dispositions included in the general and specific terms present in the website translated in different languages, it will be applied the Italian language version of such texts

El alquiler tendrá una duración de cinco años. Es facultad del Concedente solicitar, al menos tres meses antes de la fecha de vencimiento, la prórroga de la duración del presente contrato.

La empresa no incluye la porción de inmueble indicada en la planimetría con borde rojo adjunta a la presente (Anexo B) y los bienes y maquinaria allí presentes indicados en la lista adjunta (anexo C) porque el Concedente no tiene en este momento la libre disponibilidad de los mismos, aunque ha iniciado todos los procedimientos para las autorizaciones de uso y ejercicio.
Se excluyen expresamente de la empresa: los bienes no enumerados anteriormente o no indicados en los anexos que permanecen, por lo tanto, en la plena y exclusiva disponibilidad del Concedente, el dinero presente en caja o depositado en terceros, los créditos de cualquier naturaleza y especie, los depósitos de garantía, las deudas y pasivos de cualquier naturaleza, las contingencias pasivas.
