Lots Availability
Any registration related to preemption rights, registration of foreclosures and seizes, or any other tie falling on the lots on sale will be cancelled once the sale will be completed and the price will be fully collected. Any formalities for cancellation will be on buyer's expenses.
Payment deadline
Awarded lots must be paid in full in the notarial deed which will take place within 90 days from awarding.
Buyer's premium due has to be paid within 10 days from awarding.
Fees and expenses related to sale on buyer's expense (law fees, notarial fees, fiscal and non fiscal fees) have to be paid in full within 90 days from awarding.
Buyer's Premium:
A percentage of 2,50% charge + VAT will be added to the price of each awarded lot.
VAT:
VAT application may vary according to law depending on the awarding subject and will be calculated on the awarding price and added to it. (where applicable)
In case of insurgency of any controversy related to the interpretation of the dispositions included in the general and specific terms present in the website translated in different languages, it will be applied the Italian language version of such texts
Narzędzie wykonawcze, które umożliwia rozwój obszarów, zostało zatwierdzone przez C.E.C. w dniu 24-07.02 (prat. 1378/2002) i przyjęte przez Radę Gminy Marsciano w dniu 30-07-02, a schemat umowy na realizację prac urbanizacyjnych został zatwierdzony przez tę samą Radę Gminy w dniu 28-10-2002 nr 128.
Z decyzją nr 5 Rady Gminy z dnia 21-01-2005 oraz zatwierdzeniem z dnia 27-04-2005 nr 68 zatwierdzono zmiany w redystrybucji parkingu - modyfikacja niektórych wejść do działek - zmniejszenie tras i aktualizacja cech podziemnych;
Z wariantami planu wykonawczego nałożonymi przez Region Umbria w trakcie oceny oddziaływania na środowisko z decyzją dyrektora nr 11690 z dnia 18-12-2009 oraz zatwierdzoną uchwałą nr 47 Rady Gminy z dnia 22-06-2010 wprowadzono zmiany w zmniejszeniu objętości projektu - inny rozkład objętości projektu - nowy schemat nasadzeń - wymagania dotyczące nawierzchni parkingów - wymagania techniczne do zastosowania w fazie realizacji prac - przedłużenie terminu.
Poniżej przedstawiono wielkości wskazane w umowie:
- Powierzchnia 1.240 m²
- Objętość projektu 1.200 m³
- Wysokość okapu 6.50 m
- Maksymalna wysokość 7,50 m
