Lots Availability
Any registration related to preemption rights, registration of foreclosures and seizes, or any other tie falling on the lots on sale will be cancelled once the sale will be completed and the price will be fully collected. Any formalities for cancellation will be on buyer's expenses.
Payment deadline
Awarded lots must be paid in full in the notarial deed which will take place within 90 days from awarding.
Buyer's premium due has to be paid within 10 days from awarding.
Fees and expenses related to sale on buyer's expense (law fees, notarial fees, fiscal and non fiscal fees) have to be paid in full within 90 days from awarding.
Buyer's Premium:
A percentage of 2,50% charge + VAT will be added to the price of each awarded lot.
VAT:
VAT application may vary according to law depending on the awarding subject and will be calculated on the awarding price and added to it. (where applicable)
In case of insurgency of any controversy related to the interpretation of the dispositions included in the general and specific terms present in the website translated in different languages, it will be applied the Italian language version of such texts
Realizační nástroj, který umožňuje rozvoj oblastí, byl schválen C.E.C. dne 24-07.02 (prat. 1378/2002) a přijat Radou obce Marsciano dne 30-07-02 a se schématem smlouvy pro realizaci urbanizačních prací schváleným stejnou Radou obce dne 28-10-2002 č. 128.
Usnesením č. 5 Rady obce ze dne 21-01-2005 a schválením ze dne 27-04-2005 č. 68 byly schváleny změny v redistribuci parkoviště - úprava některých vjezdů na pozemky - zmenšení tras a aktualizace charakteristik podzemních služeb;
S variantami k realizačnímu plánu uloženými regionem Umbria v rámci hodnocení vlivu na životní prostředí s řídícím rozhodnutím č. 11690 ze dne 18-12-2009 a schválenými usnesením č. 47 Rady obce ze dne 22-06-2010 byly provedeny změny v zmenšení objemů projektu - jiná distribuce objemů projektu - nové schéma výsadby - požadavky na povrchy parkovišť - technické požadavky k použití při realizaci prací - prodloužení termínu.
