Lots Availability
Any registration related to preemption rights, registration of foreclosures and seizes, or any other tie falling on the lots on sale will be cancelled once the sale will be completed and the price will be fully collected. Any formalities for cancellation will be on buyer's expenses.
Payment deadline
Awarded lots must be paid in full in the notarial deed which will take place within 90 days from awarding.
Buyer's premium due has to be paid within 10 days from awarding.
Fees and expenses related to sale on buyer's expense (law fees, notarial fees, fiscal and non fiscal fees) have to be paid in full within 90 days from awarding.
Buyer's Premium:
A percentage of 2,50% charge + VAT will be added to the price of each awarded lot.
VAT:
VAT application may vary according to law depending on the awarding subject and will be calculated on the awarding price and added to it. (where applicable)
In case of insurgency of any controversy related to the interpretation of the dispositions included in the general and specific terms present in the website translated in different languages, it will be applied the Italian language version of such texts
Det genomförandeverktyg som möjliggör utvecklingen av områdena godkändes av C.E.C. den 24-07.02 (ärende 1378/2002) och antogs av kommunfullmäktige i Marsciano den 30-07-02 och med avtalsschema för genomförande av urbaniseringsarbeten godkänt av samma kommunfullmäktige den 28-10-2002 nr 128.
Genom beslut nr 5 av C.C. den 21-01-2005 och godkännande den 27-04-2005 nr 68 har omfördelning av parkering, ändring av vissa ingångar till tomterna, nedskärning av vägar och uppdatering av underjordiska tjänsters egenskaper godkänts;
Med ändringar i genomförandeplanen påtvingade av regionen Umbrien vid bedömning av miljöpåverkan med direktiv nr 11690 den 18-12-2009 och godkänd av beslut nr 47 av C.C. den 22-06-2010 har ändringar av projektvolymer, annan fördelning av projektvolymer, nytt plantering schema, krav på parkeringens beläggningar, tekniska krav att använda vid genomförandet av arbetena, förlängning av tidsfristen gjorts.
