AUCTION BASED ON RECEIVED OFFER - WHOLESALE OF ALL LOTS

In the event of an award, in addition to the security deposit paid during participation in the auction, the successful bidder will be required to pay the amount of €500.00 to guarantee the completion of the collection operations of the awarded goods, according to these conditions. The payment of the aforementioned amount is an essential condition for the collection of the awarded goods.

The aforementioned additional amount will therefore be returned to the successful tenderer upon completion of the collection operations; otherwise, it will be retained as a penalty.
