The lease of the business unit will have as its object:

A - Refueling station and/or petrol station located in the Municipality of Collazzone, Collepepe Locality, locality La Barca, Strada Provinciale 375 km 0+700:
• The plant is located along the high-traffic road that connects the exit of the E45 motorway junction to the industrial area of the Municipality of Marsciano, a few kilometers from its historic center. The position along this road offers the system itself excellent visibility, and its proximity to the E45 exit allows it to be used even by those who pass through the aforementioned expressway towards TERNI-ORTE. Referring to the management relating to the previous years, the two plants have a foreseeable annual potential of: 1) petrol/diesel dispensing system about 2,050,000 liters -

B - Refueling station and/petrol station located in the Municipality of Collazzone (PG), Strada Provinciale 421 Km 5+600:
• The plant is located along the main road leading to the historic center of the municipality of Collazzone, and occupies an area of approximately 1600 m2. It turns out to be the only distributor in the area so close to the historic town, offering an excellent service to the citizens of the small town.
Methane distribution plant, consisting of n. 4 dispensers connected by n. 2 columns, to the distribution network, n. 3 compressors and meter cabin, located in the Municipality of Collazzone, Collepepe hamlet, Provincial Road 375 km 0 + 700;
• The plant is located along the high-traffic road that connects the exit of the E45 motorway junction to the industrial area of the Municipality of Marsciano, a few kilometers from its historic center. The position along this road offers the system itself excellent visibility, and its proximity to the E45 exit allows it to be used even by those who pass through the aforementioned expressway towards TERNI-ORTE. C- Refueling station and/or fuel distributor located in the Municipality of Marsciano (PG), Viale della Resistenza 31, referring to the management relating to previous years, the plant has a foreseeable annual gasoline / diesel supply potential of approximately 1,200,000 liters. - Fuel Depot located in the Municipality of Marsciano at Via della Resistenza n. 31; as well as movable and/or immovable property directly and/or indirectly pertinent to the aforementioned including the equipment all in the state of fact and law in which they are found; together with all the required administrative authorizations and legal licenses for the exercise of the specific commercial activity provided that they are currently in force.
