The hotel is located in the town of Roncobilaccio, adjacent to the motorway junction, about 10 km from the town of Castiglione di Pepoli.
The structure of the hotel built, in the 60s/70s, is mainly in reinforced concrete.
The property is divided into seven floors above ground, where the ground floor is used as an entrance / reception, bar, two entertainment rooms and a restaurant.
On the first floor, two breakfast rooms were created, a service area and a large conference room.
In the remaining floors, the rooms have been built, all with private bathroom and some with balcony, altogether 18 on each floor.
The restaurant, located on the ground floor, is connected to the hotel and is equipped with an industrial kitchen, storage areas and a restaurant room with a capacity of 100 people.
The floors are ceramic, with the exception of the rooms and corridors where the moquette was laid, some walls are covered with wood and the staircase that connects all the floors is made of marble.
