NOTICE FOR THE SALE OF REAL ESTATE PORTION

The undersigned curator, in accordance with the Liquidation Program approved on 09.20.2021 and with the subsequent authorization of the Procedure Bodies, puts the following real estate portion up for sale
Single Lot: full ownership of properties located in the Municipality of Brescia, Via Rua Confettora n. 41 consisting of an apartment on the second floor (deriving from three connected real estate units) with two garages and two ancillary rooms on the ground floor in a building with four floors above ground registered in the Building Registry of the Municipality of Brescia with the following data:

Anyone interested in purchasing must send their offer for the Single Lot by 09.00 am on 17 April 2023 to the office of Notary Laura Valotti in Brescia, Piazza Monsignor Giuseppe Almici n. 13 (tel. 030/2451268) in a sealed envelope and without identification marks (the Notary will indicate only on the envelope the Bankruptcy number and the time of presentation) accompanied by a deposit equal to 10% of the price offered in a non-transferable cashier's check , issued by a credit institution operating in Brescia and its province in the name of the Bank No. 105/2021; all under penalty of inadmissibility of the offer.

The methods of sale specified below are regulated by the provisions of art. 107 and following Bankruptcy Law.

The properties described above will be put up for sale in the state of fact and law in which they are currently occupied by the bankrupt, and as described and detailed in the appraisal report by Eng. Massimo Gorlani to whom we refer both for the description and for all technical, bureaucratic and environmental issues.
