NOTICE FOR THE SALE OF REAL ESTATE III SALE IN A SEALED ENVELOPE

The undersigned Dr. Guido Nunziante Cesaro, trustee of the bankruptcy in epigraph,
view
the liquidation program in the records, provides for the sale of the following assets:

LOT 1
In the Municipality of LUMEZZANE (BS) – Via San Bernardo, 14 This is a freehold real estate unit.
All listed as follows:
• Full ownership in the Real Estate Registry – Section NCT - Sheet 12
or map 67 sub. 4 cat. A/4 – Cl. 1 – 4 rooms – R.C. 84.70 euros
• Share of 30/100 in the Real Estate Registry - Section NCT - Sheet 12
or map 67 sub. 9 cat. F/4
with the proportional shares of the common parts in accordance with the law.
The property is built on the basis of:
- DIA n°3527 presented on 25/11/2003 under the prot. no. 50015.

1 - TERMS OF SALE
The sale will be carried out by the notary Dr. Alessandra Casini through the presentation of irrevocable offers in a sealed envelope to the Notarial Association for Executive Procedures (ANPE)

2 - PROCEDURE FOR SUBMITTING THE PURCHASE OFFER
The irrevocable purchase offers must be presented in a sealed envelope in Brescia in Via Ugo La Malfa n. 4 at the Notarial Association for Executive Procedures (desk open from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:00), no later than 11:00 on 27 MARCH 2023.

3 - METHOD OF SALE
3.A) basic selling price equal to
Lot n. 1: €. 18,000.00;
beyond statutory taxes, in the state of fact and law in which the goods are located;
3.B) the examination of the purchase proposals and the possible tender will take place by the notary Dr. Alessandra Casini at the premises of the Notarial Association for Executive Procedures in Brescia in Via Ugo La Malfa n. 4, at 09:30 and following on 29 MARCH 2023; with the specification that the previous day, at 18:00, the time in which the auction will be announced will be published on the website www.an-pebrescia.it.
3.C) In the event of a single valid offer, the award will proceed.
